Budget: Is the entertainment the most important aspect of your event or is it not? Either way, plan accordingly. Clients often remember how much fun they had more than anything else. You can expand the size of the band by adding horn players based on your budget and preference.
Getting what you want: Don’t settle for second best. If you want a great party with guest dancing the night away, everyone talking months after your event is over about how great the party was, make sure you select the right entertainment. Your entertainment can make or break your event.
Your expectations: Our management team takes the time to understand your expectations down to the smallest detail and then the band executes your desires flawlessly. Exceeding our customer’s expectation is extremely important. Staying in contact with you all along the way is vitally important, particularly with any changes to your original plans.
The flow: Our staff will assist you and your coordinator with the flow of your event to maximize the band’s performance making appropriate suggestions. You may need an artist or two to perform for the cocktail hour or wedding or perhaps you only want a small ensemble to perform during dinner. We typically like to perform longer dance sets to keep the party energy at a high level. Our goal is to have a fabulous party that everyone will remember.
Song selection: You are not limited to just the songs on our song list but can give suggestions and ideas of your favorite tunes. Given enough time, we will customize our performance to meet your needs. Equally important, we will honor your request regarding songs you do not want played. We perform each song like the original artist intended.
Your event set up: The location of the stage and dance floor is very important. Our management team will assist you with the right stage size based on the size of the band and the best size for the dance floor based on the number of guest attending and available space.
